A Baltimore apartment complex and a swimming pool management company have been accused of operating an unsafe facility that led to the death of a 23-year-old woman. In the lawsuit, the family of Cassandra Blake contend that the Twin Lakes Court apartment complex, American Pool Management Inc., American Pool Enterprises Inc., Westminster Management and Doug Kusher Co. did not properly train lifeguards on duty and failed to maintain the pool to prevent murky and unsafe conditions.
